What we collect

Only what you write in its three forms. In the sample form: name, company, VAT or company number if you give it, email, phone, delivery address, profession, the project if you tell us about it and the samples you choose. In the professionals form: name, company, VAT number and phone if you give them, email, where you work, your profile and anything you tell us. In the contact form: name, email, phone and subject if you give them, and your question. The website creates no accounts, uses no cookies and does not track your visits with third-party tools.

What we use it for

  • To send you the samples you order and confirm delivery.
  • To reply if you write to us as an installer, distributor or firm that wants to work with our materials.
  • To answer any questions you ask us about those materials.

We do not use it to send you marketing without your permission or to make automated decisions.

Legal basis

You ask us to: processing is needed to deal with your request before a possible business relationship (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation), and you give your consent when you send the form (Article 6(1)(a)).

Who else sees it

Besides Decoblu, only those needed to deal with your request:

  • The warehouse that packs and sends the samples, which receives your sample order details for that purpose only.
  • The courier that delivers the samples, which receives your name and delivery address.
  • The providers that run the website on our behalf: hosting (Vercel) and the email that carries what you send us (Resend). They may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to deal with your order or message and, after that, for the periods in which legal liabilities may arise. Then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, take it with you, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@decoblugroup.com saying what you would like. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

What is kept in your browser

The samples you choose are kept in your own browser so they are not lost when you change page. They do not leave your device until you send the form. More in the cookie policy.
