The Elite Whistleblowing Channel is the preferred channel for internally communicating potential infractions committed within a work or professional context. It is a tool that allows employees, professionals, suppliers, clients, and third parties with a legitimate interest to report potential irregular conduct or breaches of the Elite Code of Ethics and Conduct, as well as those actions or omissions that could constitute regulatory infractions related to or affecting Elite’s area of activity, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption.
It is a secure and confidential means that allows, when deemed appropriate, for anonymous communications to be made. The use of this Channel requires good faith actions from its users. The information provided through the Channel must be truthful and exclusively related to an action or omission that may constitute a legal infraction or a serious breach of our Code of Conduct. The absence of retaliation against individuals who make proper use of the Channel is guaranteed, respecting at all times the rights of those who contact us; however, sanctions are also established for cases where it is used in bad faith, such as for communicating false information. The plausibility of each report will be analyzed, leading to the opening of the corresponding investigation procedures should sufficient elements or evidence exist.
The use of this Channel is excluded for other purposes, such as:
- Claims regarding warranties or the ordinary management of services provided by the Group’s companies (which must be managed through the channels established for that purpose)
- Submitting suggestions, proposals, or other types of considerations
- Generating unfounded or false conflict situations (evidence of the reported conduct or events will be requested)
